4ticket provides services for event organizers to sell and obtaining tickets to events and therefore can in no way be held liable for any damage that the holder of a ticket has been affected by any act or negligence of the organizer or sale of third party this must be obtained from the event organization (listed on the ticket) to apply.
4ticket confers no mediation in respect of any refund / repayment. Tickets will not be exchanged or returned. Lost or stolen, the holder may not claim a replacement ticket, even a refund of the price of admission.
In case of cancellation, the organization will be the entry fee, but not the service and refund transaction.

Acceptance of a ticket holder relieve the organization of any responsibility.
